Policy&terms.

Commitment to Quality

Zoots is committed to providing you with the best quality service. On schedule collections and deliveries of high quality ironing, laundry and dry cleaning. We handle all items entrusted to us with due care and attention.

Price Competitive

Our prices are competitive with local suppliers providing a similarly high standard.

Standard collection schedule with 3 working day delivery is FREE as long as your order value is for at least £10, or sorry we do have to make £2.50 carrying charge. Other charges may apply.

No Quibble Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your ironing, laundry or dry cleaning contact us within 3 working days of receipt and we will re-do the work, at no extra charge and with no questions asked.

Late Collection or Delivery

If for any reason our normal schedule is disrupted and we are unable to make collections or deliveries we will attempt to inform you and to re-schedule as soon as possible.

Adherence to Care Labels

Care labels are attached by manufacturers to ensure that the items are correctly handled. We adhere to these instructions. If the instructions are followed and the process causes damage, then sorry but we can't be held responsible. We will however do everything we can on your behalf to resolve the matter with the manufacturer or retailer.

Release Form

The majority of items clean perfectly well, however on occasions we may identify a potential problem that we consider may cause damage to the item. If we do, we will bring it to your attention before proceeding. If you wish us to proceed we may ask you to sign a release form. We will take all due care but if damage is done, then sorry but we can't be held responsible.

This procedure is for your protection and ours.

Prices form

We provide a Prices form for you to complete and include with your ironing, laundry and dry cleaning. This provides a check list of items and a total cost for your order. We will collect your items without this form however you must then accept our count.

Special instructions form

You may have an item that you are concerned about, it may have been particularly expensive, it may be particularly delicate or just cherished by you. The best thing is to let us know and we can advise and act accordingly. We provide a Special instructions form for you to complete, print off and include with your ironing, laundry or dry cleaning.

We should in any event be informed of any item that has a replacement price in excess of £250. If we are not informed and any damage does result, sorry we can't be held responsible.

Leather and Suede Items

We take proper and due care with all items entrusted to us, we adhere to manufacturers care labels and use the methods we believe best suit each and every item. However, sorry we can't be held responsibile for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials and fabrics that may result in damage. All leather and suede items are cleaned totally at the owners risk.

Other Items

We take proper and due care with all items entrusted to us,we adhere to manufacturers care labels and use the methods we believe best suit each and every item. However, sorry we can't be held responsibile for inherent weaknesses in materials and fabrics that may result in damage or for colour fading, colours running or shrinkage.

Lost Items

We take the greatest of care with all items entrusted to us and do all we can to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However if this should occur please contact us within 24 hours of the loss. We will make every effort to find the item. In the rare circumstances that it can't be found Zoots will issue a credit or cheque for the fair value of the item.

Complaints Procedure

We will investigate any complaint promptly and pay fair compensation for loss or damage due to our negligence. In the event of a dispute that requires arbitration we will abide by an independent report carried out by a professional, mutually agreed test house.
