Zoots collects and delivers all personal and household ironing, laundry and dry cleaning - why? Because we needed the service and couldn't find it.

We are busy people who work hard and after work like to play hard or simply relax. Washing and ironing is a chore, we have better things to do. Lugging dry cleaning about is a bore, on the way to work, on the way back from work, at the weekend, on the tube, on the bus, even in the car isn't easy with all the parking restrictions, you manage to get it into the cleaners and then forget to get it out.

So we needed to do something about it. What about a service that does the lot? Comes to our door to collect our clothes, our linen, our towels, all of our ironing, laundry and dry cleaning, takes them all away and delivers them back, at convenient times, with a reasonable turn around and at a competitive price. We would buy it, so would our friends.

We are from the service industry, so we should know about customer service, we know the customer wants an honest service at an honest price and no quibbles when they have a problem, or at the very least an organisation that will do everything it can to sort problems out.
